Planning | We use a Strategic Planning Tool to help principals and faculty identify current performance levels in leadership, assessment and instruction, which enables schools to make targeted improvement plans. For many schools the strategic plan that emerges becomes the foundation for their overall school improvement process.

Implementation and Support | We provide workshops and on-site coaching and modeling to support leaders and teachers. We empower them to implement the most effective instructional strategies, leadership methods, and change processes. 

Data Analysis | We support teachers and leaders through facilitating data-drive decision-making meetings about instruction and program selection. 

Reflect and Refine | We facilitate grade level and leadership meetings focused on reflection, and refining instructional practices that are aligned with the strategic plan, to lay the foundation for ongoing progress.
